Delivery & Returns

Please note that delivery is estimated between 7- 21 days from date of receipt/cleared payment on all goods that are in stock (unless otherwise stated), it is often sooner but to ensure your goods arrive in the best possible condition we carry the vast majority of deliveries ourselves and we deliver nationwide.

Our delivery charge relates to most UK mainland Post Codes. If you live in the outer areas of the UK please ask for a quote as it will be possible to deliver but may cost a little more.

Delivery

We will book your delivery in with you (please provide us with a contact number) and endevour to give you at least 48 hours notice. No goods will be delivered without a prior booking.

While it is not possible to pre-specify a particular day of the week when ordering, we will do our utmost to deliver on a day, which is mutually convenient. All deliveries are given an AM or PM time slot.

Issues with access such as narrow drives, restricted parking etc, must be notified with us prior to delivery.

All of our deliveries will require a signature upon acceptance.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should you fail to take delivery once it has been booked (please see our Terms & Conditions for full details).

Courier Deliveries

Some smaller items such as acrylic bar stools, can often be sent by a courier. This service offers a between 9am and 6pm delivery time schedule. Unfortunately we cannot give an AM or PM time slot on such items.

Our Returns Policy

Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. However should you find the goods to be either damaged or defected in any way at the time of delivery, please explain the problem on the delivery note. If damaged is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 2 working days and we will rectify the problem.

We will collect the items back free of charge if they are faulty or damaged, however if you want to return them for any other reason, they must be as they were delivered i.e. packaged, the carriage will be at your cost, (please see our Terms & Conditions for full details).
